If you're a newcomer, WELCOME to Milton's Pizza!

 Jeff started working for the restaurant's namesake, Milton Papadopolous, in 1976 at Milton's Pizza in Chesapeake, Virginia. Jeff was 15 years old and he started his journey by hand washing dishes for $2.10 per hr. (yup, that was the minimum wage then!). Although that may not sound very glamorous, Jeff was hooked immediately.

The thrill of seeing happy satisfied customers and having the privilege to work with dedicated hard working young people just as he was, is just as rewarding for Jeff now, as it was then. The restaurant was small and the menu very limited but the mantra was the same…

🌟 Meet Edgar! 🌟

For more than 27 years, Edgar has been the heart of our kitchens, overseeing both Milton's locations with experience, dedication, and a smile that's always contagious. His Milton's family extends beyond the restaurant too—his two sons are proud members of our team!

Want to talk baseball? ⚾ Edgar is your guy. Whether he's talking about the latest game or sharing a laugh, he's always ready with a smile—and probably a joke in either English or Spanish! 😊

When it's time to eat, Edgar heads straight for the buffet, filling his plate with Lemon Chicken, rice, and plenty of vegetables for a well-rounded favorite meal. 🍗🥦

Outside of work, Edgar takes just as much pride in his truck as he does in our kitchens. It stays spotless... and one thing's for sure—it'll never be a Ford! 🚙✨

🌟 Meet Patty! 🌟

I've been part of the Milton's family—off and on (but mostly on!)—since 1983. Many of you already know me, and if we haven't met yet, I look forward to getting to know you!

Working at Milton's has been an incredible journey. Over the years, I've been fortunate to build lifelong friendships, and I even met my husband here many years ago. Today, we're blessed with four children, three grandchildren, and a few grand-dogs who keep life fun and busy! One of the greatest joys has been watching generations of the Milton's family grow—I've even had the privilege of working alongside the children of people I worked with decades ago. ❤️

When I'm not at Milton's, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and grandkids, tending to my flower gardens, swimming, or tackling another home remodeling project. But from August through February, there's a good chance you'll find me parked in front of the TV cheering on football any given Sunday! 🏈🌼

My favorite pizza is loaded with pepperoni, onions, and jalapeños, but when I need a little comfort food, nothing beats Milton's Chicken Parmesan. 🍕🍝

Thank you to everyone who's been part of my Milton's journey over the years. It's truly been a privilege to grow alongside this amazing team and community. If you see me around, please stop and say hello—I always enjoy meeting new people and catching up with old friends!

Jeff adopted the same philosophy after moving to Raleigh with Milton's Son Greg Papadopolous in 1981. The Janiks bought the Six Forks Rd location in Raleigh in 1983. After expanding the restaurant 4 times, it was time to build another Milton's. In 2003 they opened their second location in Wakefield serving North Raleigh and Wake Forest guests.

A lot has changed since the beginning, but the Milton's Core Values remain the same.
